HI from me on this Australia Day long weekend. On Tuesday schools go back in for 2015. Wasnt it hot again today? My patio temperature around lunch time today peaked at 43C, how did you go at your place? The time is now 18:00, the current temperature is 31.2 and the relative humidity is 63% and the barometric pressure is 1002.6 and rising. For the remainder of today will be mostly clear and only a slight chance of a shower. There is a chance of a thunderstorm in the north with winds NE to SE at 15 to 20 km/h but will become light in the evening. Australia Day Monday - hmmm I am not sure if the weather is going to be kind and allow the usual activities that are traditional for our Australia Day celebrations because it will be partly cloudy with a high chance of showers most likely in the late morning. There is also a chance of a thunderstorm from late morning but that will probably be inland. The winds will be light becoming E at 20/30 km/h in the morning tending E to SE at 15 to 20 km/h in the evening. The overnight temperatures will be in the low to mid 20s with daytime temperatures in the low to mid 30s. If you plan on being outdoors be sunsafe with the UV level predicted to be extreme and the fire danger will be moderate to high so please be careful if you plan on a BBQ. For back to school and the start of high schooling for both year 7 & 8 this year on Tuesday - it will be cloudy, with a medium chance of showers and pretty much the same on Wednesday but daily reports will give you full details for those days.
