HICHILEMA ORDERS CADRES TO ATTACK ZNBC STAFF AT HIS RESIDENCE United Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema has been accused of instructing cadres that chased the ZNBC Crew that had gone to his Kabulonga residence. The crew went to Hichilemas residence on Serval Road to set up in readiness for one-to-one election interview on Sunday 11th January 2015 as agreed. After the UPND leader gave express authority to ZNBC to set up and hold the interview, the Crew were surprised and shocked to be met by violent cadres that evicted them and threatened to beat them up and break their car and cameras. ZNBC is conducting election interviews with all the 11 candidates. At his rally today, Hichilema took time to condemn ZNBC for lack of coverage. He also cancelled a scheduled radio interview with ZNBC. In this election ZNBC has given Hichilema extensive and unprecedent news coverage accompanied by good pictures. The Electoral Commission of Zambia even reprimanded ZNBC for making the race a two-horse race instead of a race of Edgar Lungu with 10 other contestants.
