HIGH COURT ISSUES NOTICE TO ADITYA BULDIERS IN MASJID E JEELANI CASE!! The honourable high court has issued notice to famous Aditya Builders for alledged illegal construction and escavation arround Masjid E Jeelan, Somajiguda, Hyderabad causing damage to the foundation of the Masjid structure. Mr. Gulam Rabbani advocate arguing on behalf of the petitioners Qazi Hafiz Mohammed Azmath and Hussain Mohammed Farooq vide W.P. No. 25951/2014 has represented honourable judge of High Court that due to illegal escavation work being carried out by the Aditya Builders the foundation of Masjid E Jeelan is under extreme danger and it should be immediately stopped. After hearing the argument the honourable court has immediately issued notice to the Aditya Builders and asked to respond within two weeks till then matter has been adjourned. It is pertinant to mention here that with no action being taken againt Aditya Builders even after representations being given to GHMC and police we had to approach High Court for remedy.
