HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAMME – ASSESSMENTS *Male Junior Group to be assessed on both dates – all other groups single date only as below* SATURDAY 13th SEPTEMBER – Bridgeton High Performance Centre FEMALE SENIOR / YOUTH, MALE YOUTH & MALE JUNIOR 9.30am: Weigh In (Round Robin Draw) 10am: Test Matches commence (FEMALE SENIOR / YOUTH). Timed Run (MALE YOUTH including Scott & Robert Forrest & MALE JUNIOR). 12 – 1pm: Lunch 1pm: Test Matches continue (MALE YOUTH & MALE JUNIOR). Timed Run (FEMALE SENIOR / YOUTH). 3.45pm: Test Matches conclude 3.45pm – 4.15pm: Break 4.15pm: MALE SENIOR & YOUTH *Round Robin Conditioned Spar* (Connal McDonald, Scott Forrest, Paul Burns, Robert Forrest) 5pm: Assessments conclude SATURDAY 20th SEPTEMBER – Bridgeton High Performance Centre MALE SENIOR & MALE JUNIOR 9.30am: Weigh In MALE SENIOR ONLY (Round Robin Draw). 10am: Test Matches commence (MALE SENIOR GROUPS 1 – 4) Timed Run (MALE SENIOR GROUPS 5 – 9). 12 – 1pm: Lunch 1pm: Weigh In MALE JUNIOR ONLY 1.30pm: Test Matches continue (MALE SENIOR GROUPS 5 - 9) Timed Run (MALE SENIOR GROUPS 1 – 4) 3pm: Test Matches continue (MALE JUNIOR – nominated Youth Boxers tbc included in Test Matches) 4pm: Assessments conclude POINTS TO NOTE: 1) Please refer to previous assessment post to identify boxers in each group. 2) Each club will be permitted 1 coach to assist their boxer(s) in the Test Matches. 3) No other spectators permitted. 4) Boxers / Coach are to provide their own lunch. 5) Boxers must bring their own headguard (including Male Senior & Youth) – sparring gloves will be provided. 6) ALL BOXERS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE 2014-15 season. Any boxer not registered for the season will not be permitted to participate in the assessment. 7) Test Match groups may be subject to change on completion of the weigh-in. ANY BOXER UNABLE TO ATTEND THEIR IDENTIFIED ASSESSMENT DATE DUE TO EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES please contact Boxing Scotland Technical Coach Craig McEvoy VIA TEXT stating the reason for non-attendance by Saturday 06th September 2014.
