HIGHLIGHT OF TE DAY! As we pulled in to the shelter today, I was blindsided by the pure joy and happiness of seeing Abigail. I turned into a child at the mere sigh of her. Like Little Bear, I couldnt believe she was the same dog. Couldnt believe that what I had left that day was standing in front of me and full of life. Im not sure you all realize the full scope of what she overcame--a near impossible recovery. Ruptured stomach is a death sentence but the power of positive thinking and the pooling of positive vibrations can sometimes do the impossible. When we picked we up at the shelter with her stomach near bursting, I thought of Parker and what it was like to lose her and feel like we let you all down. For a second I was terrified of her fate but then felt an ease, a faith, that have me great confidence in her destiny. AND LOOK AT HER NOW!
