HIIT Done. Strength done! Upped my weight on the dumbbell rows. Ive upped my weight 25% on nearly every exercise this week. Squats at the new weight were a really grunt. The Arnold presses are giving me some soreness, but thats not a bad thing. Amazing how much oxygen you can burn doing squats. Todays music selection sucked for striking drills.
