HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL (WFLA) - A 2-year-old boy reported missing has been found. Hillsborough deputies said a family member brought Leroy Tyrese Carlyle to the Sheriffs Operations Center. The Child Protective Investigations Division will take custody until the boy is put in foster care. Deputies originally said the boy could be with his mother Sakiya Ladawn Leather, 35, or her friends or relatives. She has no address and moves around, living with various family members. Leather has already lost custody of her other children because she couldnt provide for them, deputies said.
