HIRING: Building Engineer (16-22K, Makati) JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Building Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance of a residential condominium building. His primary responsibilities are to: Attend to tenant/client trouble calls that involve administrative and technical matters. Lead a group of technicians and ensure that mechanical and electrical work done within the premises of the building by in-house and/or by outside contractors is at par with the standards that were set. In-charge of implementation of house rules and standards with regard to work performed by an outside contractor. Coordinate with and supervise contractors who will perform engineering tasks in the building. This includes issuance of restricted work pass authorizations. Create and implement preventive maintenance schedules and programs. Propose equipment for up-to-date technical methods for building facilities improvement. Prepare technical, equipment and maintenance reports. Inspection and approval of mechanical and electrical work done by in-house and outside contractors. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering; must be LICENSED With work experience as: Quality control/quality assurance Engineer from a construction/turn-over/start-up Turn-over/fit-out Engineer in a residential condominium Testing and commissioning Engineer in a residential condominium Knows AutoCAD and MS Office applications Male, at least 25 years old
