Hours will vary (generally morning to late afternoon), but MUST be available on those days EVERY WEEK. Duties will vary and may include deliveries, so reliable transportation is needed. Willing to train the right person, but an artistic eye and a basic knowledge of cake decorating tools, fondant and gumpaste, royal icing and basic cooking and baking skills are a plus.
