Having also on the other side, food division that emphasizes its activity in refining, conditioning and production of vegetable & edible oils. Both are now in search for the following: Edible Oil Plant Manager (EOP 01) Responsibility: - Ensuring the achievement and realization of the objectives of production, and watch profitability of the site - Manage the organization of production and improve processes - Manage the administrative aspects, leading the management committe and maintain the social climate in intercultural context - Manage all functions related to production: manufacturing, maintenance, methods, logistics and quality - Monitor and supervise the refining process, filling and packaging of the entire chain production Requirements: - B.Sc in Engineering - Minimum 10 years of experience and 7 days as Director (Manager) or a person in charge of production of a factory of oil - Good managerial skills, supports a staff of 250 persons - Capable of assuring the preventive and curative maintenance of type - Perfect knowledge of all the manufacturing process; from raw material to bottling - Fluent in French or English language Hydraulic Project Manager (HPM 02) Responsibility: - Managing the whole phase of the project - Managing all personnel of site (starting with laborers up to engineering managers and support services) - Responsible for the project construction - The official representative and the principal interlocutor in front of clinet and local authorities - Directly responsible for the company, to execute works schedule according to what is definied in the contract - Responsible for applying the quality control and the quality assurance program Requirement: - B.Sc in Hydraulic or Civil Engineering - Minimum 15 years of experience as a Project Manager with similar projects in large scale - Strong financial and technical analysis experience - Fluent in French or English language Potential Candidates meeting the above qualifications shall forward their CVs including a recent photo indicating the position at: cvs@jobmastergroup
