HISTORY: From January 1953s Hollywood Legionnaire, an article on Post 43s donation of chemical body warmers to Korean GIs. Although it is unknown where these items were sent to, the warmers were much appreciated by U.S. Army soldiers. At night I filled them up, put them in their little velvet drawstring bags, and put them in the foot of my sleeping bag. That helped a bunch.
