HIT is a training program combining sports performance with Bootcamp. You will use multiple training tools, performing full body strength and power exercises. Strongman classes incorporate truck pulling, tires, sledgehammers, ropes, and heavy kettle bells. These classes are run year-long by Adam Clawson out of Colorado Athletic Club Monaco in Denver, CO. Adam and the training staff at CAC Monaco are not only innovative and educated, but also provide second-to-none customer service, and make you feel like a member of a community.
