HIring for : DATA AND ASSESSMENT ANALYST Future Perfect is a leader in workplace and contact center communication. Combining academic expertise, industry knowledge and research on the real causes of communication performance problems, Future Perfect provides customized services and products to effectively assess, train and coach in major companies. Our work is based upon the BUPLAS assessment framework (see buplas) and much of the analysis is based around data from the BUPLAS on-line database. This position is full-time, based in Makati. Key responsibilities: The work is very varied and will cover some or all of the following: - Create and implement internal data analysis standards and templates to improve product quality - Proactively identify opportunities and make data-based recommendations for improvements to products and approaches. - Contribute to ongoing validation and reliability research studies. - Design, analyze and produce client impact studies for Future Perfect programs. - Present key results and recommendations to clients based on impact studies. - Conduct BUPLAS assessments to a calibrated standard. - Create evaluative reports on company practices relating to communication assessment, training and development using quantitative and qualitative research methodology.
