HMO Funding. Some very exciting news coming soon!! I think this product will be great for the HMO community and will be market leading. We are working very closely with a handful of other brokers on a heavy refurbishment product for this lender. There will be no need to buy a property on an expensive bridging loan and then flip onto a term HMO commercial mortgage. This lender will look to lend you 70% of the PP at a rate of 0.6% per month and they will even do interest role up for you. After you have done the refurb and obtained the HMO licence they will then look to put onto a long term commercial mortgage for you. If this sounds useful then please let me know.
