HOLLY UPDATE - SHES HOME WITH TAMARA FOR THE WEEKEND! Today Holly gets to go home with her rescuer Tamara for a few days - Yippee!! . Holly has not vomited for 3 days, so she has been slowly introduced to small amounts of wet food. According to Holly, it is not enough! She just about knocks the nurse over for more. Her temperature is also now normal. Hollys leg was swollen where her IV line was inserted but now the bandage has been removed its going down. Her blood results are still not the best, we are hoping they will improve. Tamara has now collected Holly & her medications and has set her up in a playpen in her house, so shes protected from Tamaras other dogs for now. She is due for more bloodwork today & another antibiotic injection. Tamaras vet is on call if there are any problems. Holly is still a sick little girl, but we hope she will recover enough so that she can soon have her exploratory surgery & remover what they think is a tumor. Hang in there Holly, people all over the world are sending you their get well wishes! Thanks so much to our supporters who raised $900 in a few days to help pay for Hollys treatment.
