I just spoke with the vet who operated. It took longer in recovery as Hollys temp was low, but now back to normal. I must keep her warm tonight. They have removed the section where it was thought there was a blockage. In fact it wasnt a blockage but a narrowing of the intestine. Now Holly must remain on strong antibiotics to ensure the wounds inside heal. She will also only eat via IV for the next 5 days. Lots of rest for this little girl to get her intestines back to normal and hopefully she can go back to a normal life. But that life wont be on the streets.
