HONBLE Supreme-court v/s Governmental lack of system....DELHI DHARNA KAAND... IT IS A TIME to define or modify the definition of duties of the govt.,police or a chief- minister is a part of it or not, when specially his steps are taken in favor of the welfare of public ...is it only wearing white kurta & pazaama while sitting in AC chambers for nothing?... QUESTION RISES HERE..either on demand of a chief-minister... change or suspension of three policemen before planning DELHI agitation was correct or sending three policemen on leave after a unique agitation deputing/wasted thousands of policemen on it including harassment to public was wrong step taken by the central government which was totally politically motivated as same was done in the PAST .. AYODHYA WHILE OR AFTER DEMOLISH OF THE DISPUTED STRUCTURE WHEN COUNTRY WAS FOUND ALONE IN THE WORLD...HERE IN THIS CASE IT CLEARLY APPEARS SITUATIONS WERE CREATED IN WELL PLANNED MANNERS IN STEAD OF TO DEFUSE THE SITUATION BEFORE AGITATION BY TAKING APPROPRIATE ACTION FROM CENTRAL GOVT.SIDE. ..according to my opinion at this stage after ignored by central govt...action taken by the cm/Delhi state was appropriate, appreciable & is an example for others to do every thing in favor of public welfare...otherwise the honble higher authority of India may have to find his Excellency place in the some where of parliament office ...
