HONOR JANZA; most qualified coach in zambia on paper When FAZ appointed honor janza as head coach for the national team was very happy for him becoz I want Zambian coaches to succeed at the highest level of coaching. On paper honor janza am told is the most qualified coach in zambia in terms of CAF certification.However there are two things that will prevent him from succeeding ; 1. Honor janza is like a carpenter who decides to use a welding machine to cut and plain his wood even when the right tools are available. Why use james chamanga when ronald kampamba and jackson mwanza are available? With alex ngonga in top form there is no need for young charles zulu to start. As for nathan sinkala he is not as effective as he was in 2012 because he gets no game time in switzerland at his current club. 2.Honor janza appears to have limited authority over the national team in terms of his support staff and player selection. Who appointed the assistant coach from netherlands? Who decides who goes to the national team? Who decides the starting 11 and why call sate kampamba and rodrik kabwe when you know as a coach they will not feature in the game? Why not let them play for nkana and zanaco today in the local league? As a way forward I want to advise janza to call current league top scorer Jackson mwanza of zesco to partner ronald kampamba and alex ngonga in the wing as zambia take on Niger on wednsday at levy mwanawasa stadium. By the way, evans kangwa is also available for selection
