HONOUR KILLING ----- =======================================HAIL REVOLUTIONARIES - WE HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY ==we feel that special marriage act or laws exist but they are also subject to society ,social relations , families , various factors .......................................... We agree that honour killing is a crime under the law . If a law can not provide special respect or an equivalent respect to a rape victim what she lost after the crime , can compensation be said the only remedy ? same way if a society believes that they must marry their issues in their own caste or religion , it can not be just thrown out of the laws . if it is done then we feel all the cases of defamation must be rejected . laws must re define respect if they do it we shall ask them to define honour if they can define it they must get ready to define - honourable and relate it to the court itself because a jury can or can not be a court himself but he can be a part or comprise of full court . Honour killings are not legal , we agree but we want to point out and ask what is the motive behind the honour killing ??????????????? if anyone replies it we have another question - Is it ripe time to have a new amendment to fit in the term honour killing and its punishment . ? Can we i be given liberty to ask another set of questions ? If yes , then .......... 1) court should take these crime as petty crime or same as murder or cold murder or a social evil 2) what are the psychological , environmental , impact on the person changing his her religion to marry inter religiously ? Can we ascertain that the subjects preparation for after marriage life can be termed as experience ? if this is not the case why we are being told that if you want a licensed gun you must know to use a gun or have learned shooting in sports ?.................... so laws are basically ........ ??????? ========= hhhh
