HOODIES HANDS UP DONT SHOOT I CANT BREATH all these are, campaigns,, with the same basic theme UNARMED BLACK PERSON SHOT AND KILLED in most cases the complaint is against the police departments now last year, I gave these figures 326 times police shot and killed a person who was white in only a hundred and thirty three times did this happen to people who were black, a significant lesson number, HOWEVER . taken consideration that African American Cup much less of the population, the 133 number would be looked upon as a sizable amount, or a sizable chunk of the pie, of your population of blacks I GET IT now as most of you know I am NOT participating in D, HANDS UP DONT SHOOT OR THE I CANT BREATH PROTEST WHY because the promoters of these initiatives, in my opinion intebdc only to put a wedge between the police departments and the inner cities, and theres no way the inner cities are going to maintain peace and order without a good relationship between the police but I do study these cases, and over a period of approximately 3 years, going back to ride around 2009, theres approximately 60 times, where an unarmed African American male or female, was subsequently shot and killed by a white policeman, or police men and I have studied these cases and I will continue to study these cases now the three cases that most attract my attention,, come now let me say this some of these cases are in different stages settlements have been made on some, on just a few have police officers been charged in most of the cases the police officers are with a crime, BUT THERE ARE THREE CASES THAT HIT ME John Crawford ,,shots in a, Ohio Walmart, near Dayton Ohio, wild holding a BB gun, out of the package somehow, in a Walmart store, somebody in the store called 911, why didnt go to management also I dont know,,, but police show up, order him to put the BB gun down,,,, they only have to say that once,,, he failed to drop it according to accounts, they shot him dead, in my view, the Walmart store is in fault too for having BB guns not saints and in a special area, they should be in a cabinet locked up with the gun counter in the back, Next case TAMIR RICE ,once again in Ohio, this time Cleveland Ohio, quite near where I live, young lad was playing with a BB gun, nothing wrong with that, someone called it in HMMMMMMM ,maybe we need to check out these people who are calling 911, I dont know?? But police arrived, according to police they order him to put the gun down, he does not on fast enough for them, and the officer shoots twice in the abdomen, little boy died the next day, once again please operate within protocol, but still as a parent it makes me ask the question was there some other way to do this, theres nothing wrong with playing,!!! LAST CASE ,,AIYLANA STANLY ,, this case grips me worse than any of the others, this is a 7 year old little girl, who lived in a duplex in Detroit, in 2010 police perform a no knock on the door raid, which surprises everyone in her apartment, now the suspect they were looking for, live in the other half of the duplex, that is the suspect was not, not living in her part of the duplex at all, these police officers, special unit theyre called, ignore the fact that there were toys all over the front lawn and on the porch, indicating the presence of children, bands of the residents, the grandmother attempts to protect her granddaughter, according to police it causes him, the police officer who did the shooting, to accidentally pull the trigger, the bullet penetrates the skull of the sleeping AIYLANA ,by Gods grace she went with no suffering, but her parents and her grandparents are suffering, in this case the police was not charged complete typical because in order to get a murder charge you have to show premeditated intent these are the three cases that I think we could hold on and and , and demand some changes in the system, THATS MY VIEW
