HOPE YOU ENJOYED THE FIRST WAY? HERE IS THE SECOND. ENJOY THE INWARD VOICE This verses for this is Romans 2:14-15 “For when the Gentiles, which have not the laws, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the meanwhile accusing or else excusing one another” And Romans 9:1 “I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost” Another name for this is conscience. Note that this is given to all men either regenerated or not but your conscience can only work along with the way God wants it if you are born again, because the more you renew your mind you know more about the will of God. This is the voice of your Spirit and it might be in response to your action. The Lord would not remove this from us because this is where conviction comes from. If an unregenerated person is stripped of this one how would he know that he’s in sin and how would he be converted? So the Lord gives all men conscience to be convicted of our wrongdoing, to know the difference between good and evil. If any man would always yield to his conscience such a man would have less offence against others and will be a good moralist but not righteous though because it cannot still save him from the works of the flesh. That is why you see people that are moralist and people around them also bear witness that they are good people but they have not met with Christ. It is until such come into Christ that he would be able to come into the immeasurable height and deep of knowledge of good and evil as he ought to because God is justified against anybody. It is written in Romans 3:10 that there is no one righteous, no, not one and verse 20 says that by deeds of the law shall no man be justified before God. It is imperative to know also that if your conscience continues to lead you and it habitual that you are not yielding to it, it would dies or seared or dulled. Yes the bible says it dies in I Timothy 4:2 “Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;” That is what happens to evil people. As much as they continue to ignore the voice of their conscience it stopped directing them, and they are left to be taught of the devil perhaps they would learn but really many perish in this way. How can we bring back a dulled conscience or is it impossible? No it is not, the bible have the way out in Hebrews 9:14 “How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?” It is however imperative to point out that this is different from the voice of the devil. The devil condemns us when we sin or do something wrong. You start hearing things like “The soul that sin shall die” and he kept concluding that you will surely die. Be careful for God does not condemn but convicts. He makes us see what we are doing wrong and the need to repent of them and the way out with the aim of avoiding an impending danger. This is one of the prove that Christ actually come from heaven as He claimed because this sounds like Him whenever He save anyone from oppression of diseases and sickness, he either says go and sin no more or sin no more else something more grievous happen to you (example in John 5:14, Luke 11:24-26). This is a statement shield with love and that is the statement of God who would have all men to be saved as far as they would be sincere to their soul.
