HOPELESSNESS ........ I am feeling so so disappointed at the rising profile of the conspiracy theory that India is behind the Peshawar Army School massacre. The conspiracy theorists say that the whole massacre was planned in Afghanistan and was funded by India through its consulates in Afghanistan. I honestly dont know who did this and what all transpired behind this heinous attack. But it does pain me and many other people in India, when their genuine grief, despair and sorrow over the unfortunate killing of Peshawar school children are belittled, looked down upon and trivialized by clubbing their collective outrage with the conspiracy theories. If indeed Indian consulates in Afghanistan are involved and there is a concrete evidence of the same, then the law must take its course. No rational person is going to argue with that. BUT BUT BUT, I know the mentality of our people from South Asia. No one from both sides of the border is really interested in authenticity of the facts. The pre-conceived notions already mean that communities on both side of the border already know the perpetrator of the crime and they are ready with the judgement. Khoon ka badla khoon. So lets also paint the floors of the schools of India red with the blood of Indian students. Will that make every one happy ? From, what has happened in my Kashmir valley. Khoon ka kuan tab tak khoon mangta hai jab tak woh kuan bhar nahi jaye, It has been 60 years since independence, but our communities still refuse to think beyond zalim musalman and kamina Hindu Bania.
