Ive seen it way more times than the first one, as it lacks the skull-f*ckingly stupid characters of the first film. Psycho Cops one-liners are better and in greater quantity, all around improvements here. Its a shame Psycho Cop 3 never happened. Directed by cult movie fav Adam Rifkin (here known as Rif Coogan) who a few years back contributed to the enjoyable Chillerama. Officer Joe Vickers: How the hell should I know? What, do I have crystal balls? Officer Joe Vickers: You have the right to remain dead. Anything you say can and will be considered very strange because youre dead. You have the right to an attorney, but it wont do you any good because youre dead. Do you understand these rights that have just been read to you? Are you even listening? It would be a lot easier if you were a little more cooperative! Ah, good stuff. Enjoy this one, boobs and all!
