HOT JOB - Experienced Human Resources Advisor - Wellington As the standalone Human Resources Advisor based in Wellington, part of a small National Human Resources Team, this is a great opportunity for a confident generalist to step into a role with further autonomy and accountability. Leading and facilitating cyclic Human Resources activities including the busy annual recruitment calendar with support from Recruitment Partners, this role will also provide input into and project lead and support strategic activities, in conjunction with the HR Director, Board and Various internal committees. Good understanding of employment legislation and how to apply it within a corporate environment is key, so you will have circa five years generalist experience and proven ability to interpret and apply Human Resources policies, along with exceptional written ability and communication skills including outlook, excel and powerpoint. With proven influencing ability you will quickly build credibility and strong working relationships, and facilitate high level coaching, whilst helping to foster culture and high performance. Achievement orientated with well developed people skills and attention to detail, your collaborative nature and best practice approach to Human Resources will enable the firm to meet its financial and strategic objectives. Provide a top-quality and proactive advisory service to staff and partners and be rewarded with a broad Generalist role which will further your experience as an Human Resources Professional who can effectively support and enable a corporate organisation and employees, from graduates to board level.
