HOUNSLOW STANDS UP TO CANCER Join Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Princess Sofia as they Stand Up to Cancer and fundraise for Cancer Research UK. On Saturday 11th October we will be joined by a host of local talent at the Treaty Centre, Hounslow. From 11am to 3pm you will enjoy the soulful sounds of Jaden Cornelious and the slick street moves of The Alliance Dance Unit. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse may even show off a few of their dance moves! There will also be a chance for little ones to meet Princess Sofia. With all of this on offer there is something for everyone, so join us on the day by Ernest Jones! Stand Up To Cancer unites scientists, celebrities and communities across the country to generate funds, raise awareness and bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. The money raised goes straight into translational research that takes breakthroughs in the lab and gets them to cancer patients and save lives. This is one of many campaigns running up and down the country. It will culminate in a live TV fundraiser on Channel 4 at 7.30pm on Friday 17 October, hosted by Davina McCall, Alan Carr and Dr Christian Jessen. Together we will beat cancer sooner.
