This number will be updated on facebook. So you can see where you order sits for completion date. If it is not listed it has not been started yet. Order will be done in the order in which they are received. There are no exceptions. Orders will be limited to 3 decoys per customer, per order, per 2 weeks. This will allow to keep wait times to a minimum and keep the shop flowing smoothly. Demand is at an all time high so this will help immensely. Ship days are Tuesday and Fridays and Only Tuesdays in the off season. Shipping is either done thru SPEEDEE or USPS. Large orders may be shipped UPS. Tracking #’s are on record but not given. If your order is shipped and you would like the tracking # please call John. Any damage of decoys during shipping must be reported to John within 48 hours of confirmation of delivery. All packages are insured. Money can be refunded for damaged decoys, or sent back and fixed/and or replaced depending on the damage. In case of receiving the wrong decoy/item, please send back original and another will be shipped to you with compensated postage. Return time is 7-10 days. Decoy Discounts: 2 decoys- $5 3 Decoys- $15 off Due to rising shipping cost and materials, established shipping rates below 1 decoy $8.50 2 decoys $9.50 3 Decoys- Discounted to Flat $5 All prices are final with discounts applied for multiple decoys ordered. Orders taken during the season will have car information taken but not charged until your order starts production or order 3 or more decoys. There is a cancellation fee of $15 per decoy if order is cancelled during the production of your order. Cancellation of orders after 10/1/14 before the order is in production can be cancelled at no cost. You may change the color of any decoy prior to production and any time. Please contact John as soon as possible so the change can be made before production starts. Due to Facebooks lack of app efficiency, Facebook massages will not be replied to. John has email and phone to answer any questions you may have. If you text, please state your name and what your question is. Please leave name and # and what you are messaging about- text, phone or email. Disrespectful customers will not be tolerated. Period. We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. There are no refunds based on time of completion in the off season. Exclusion- order has exceeded 30 from estimated time of completion.- REFUND will be automatically returned to your card. Damaged decoys from shipping can be refunded by insurance for the price of the decoy if you choose. Accidental damage from customer dropping decoy is not covered. In the case you ever drop your decoy, you can send it in and have John fix it. There is a $15 charge for repairing decoys.
