HOUSTON/WATER STREET WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION UPDATE - The contractor will be excavating and installing the new water pipe on Houston St. The work is slated to start at Island Ave. and head west toward Batavia Ave. Some road closures will be necessary as the project moves along. Local traffic only will be allowed for those people needing access to parking lots and driveways. Parking on Houston St. will be limited in the construction zone during working hours. Parking will be available on Island Ave. and Water Street during this time.
