HOW INDIAN BUREACRACY IS MAKING US LOSE THE PLOT. AGAIN. Thanks to our bureaucratic muddling, even a rogue state is considered a better bet than the worlds 4th largest pool of technical and scientific talent. If we wish to Make in India and find jobs for 30 million high school and college leavers annually, our state needs to get out of the way. This is but the latest in decades of ignominious state meddling. Sorry to bring such poor tidings and especially to quote mainstream media trader TOINS, but we need to be awake to our successes as much as failures. I would point out however, that our scientific community is not to blame, though the establishment is. There are in fact more Indians working at CERN than from any other Asian country.
