HOW #SNAPDEAL IS SAVING MONEY! so if you are opening a ecommerce site here are two tips for you to save money in this incidence.... A week before my room mate (Shanshank Agrawal) received a open box laptop from #SNAPDEAL packed in #FLIPKART cartoon....so the new way to save money is to use the used packaging and save millions of bucks... second thing is to ship used product as new ... when #SNAPDEAL was contacted they responded by giving 1000 bucks discount! But it was a replacement that he demanded. Ironically they need 48 hours to respond back. I guess there clock is situated in Jupiter because even after a week they again need 48 hours more! the more you call them the more they increase the time. its Pathetic to ship the open product and its worse when they do not admit their mistake and replace the product. I might not be writing this post if they would have apologized and replace the product. I feel pity for my friend as his money is trapped. He is not able to buy a new product. No one in the customer care have authority to take action. All they can do is say some predefined line, they way doctor says to a dieing patient to cheer him up. After a certain period everyone witness the reality and than Its a mental torture. Yes, he is been tortured because he is helpless and have no authority in his hand. because he bought a product from snapdeal, who claims a lot. who claims to be numero uno e-commerce site. they have made him dream and expected a lot. they have made him to expect a world class service to be render but when he was all confused with their camouflage they have punched him in his face! this is the first and worst shopping experience I had ever seen.... definitely I will never be able to shop from snapdeal.... because there customer care do not respond in a professional way... All they think, customer is an idiot they can buy anything THEY JUST NEED TO INVENT A NEW WAY TO FOOL! AND A ADVICE TO Snapdeal WE AS A CUSTOMER ARE NOT HELPLESS! WE WILL NOT BE SITTING SILENT UNTILL THE JUSTICE IS SERVED.
