HOW THE BIBLE CREATED MODERN INDIA is the working title of one of my forthcoming books. On November 23, 2014 I summarized a small part of my thesis in a lecture in Delhi. The lecture begins with four reasons why Prime Minister Narendra Modiji is the best proof of the fact that modern India is a product of the Bible. (1) According to traditional Indian cosmology, Kaliyug (Dark Age of the Cosmos) is followed by Pralay (destruction) not Achhey Din (goodDays). (2) The idea that the ruler should be Pratham Sevak (First Servant) comes directly from Christ (3) Why does a nations ruler need to pick up a broom to clean his countrys streets? Why did Mahatma Gandhis effort fail to free us from our filth? The idea that our cities should be clean is not our native idea. It comes from God who commanded: I am holy, therefore, your camp must be holy - clean. (4) Why dont we Make in India? It is because we do not worship the Creator God who works for six days.
