HOW TO KEEP VISION ALIVE Vision is a major trade secret of leaders. Leaders are visioners and visioners are leaders. But vision is not for keeps but for sharing. Vision not shared will soon end in the grave. To keep vision alive, keep talking it & keep sharing it. Things multiply by sharing them. If you don’t want vision to die share it. It takes people to spread the values of a vision. Therefore a real leader anticipates the time when he will not be around. This understanding compels him to raise more people to sustain the vision. He continues to make effort to turn followers into leaders by sharing the vision with them on a continuous basis.
