HOW TO MAKE MONEY EVERYDAY OF YOUR LIFE Making money is embedded in what you do with money. There are principles behind this, the same principle the unbelievers use to en masse wealth. Often times i wonder why cant the rich family just marry from a poor family so that somebodys destiny can be changed for life. The rich get the most and best gifts and the best opportunities in life and then i wonder why would God allow money to be added to money. This puzzle has just been answered in this message. There is that scattereth and yet increaseth and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty (Proverbs 11:24). Four things God wants us to do with money. 1. Save The above scriptures agrees with witholding but not more than neccessary. Witholding means saving. Witholding less than is meet or saving not more than necessary is explained by Joseph; a fifth of your income. A capacity to retain defines how much you are able to withhold. The principle matters irrespective of what we earn. When it is meagre, it is not a yardstick to skip this because faithfullness in more demands faithfullness in little. Little savings will make a lot of sense if it is part of a co-operative group. There is a spiritual part to saving and this is in tithing. 2. Sowing Sowing is a deliberate act to send your money where God has specifically instructed you to do that. This is because a seed is tied to a need in the heart of God at that particular moment. And so, for every sowing i do, i must find out the need of God and sow it there. 3. Spending. There are different levels of spendng. One must seek to attain a higher level of spending always. Spending here means spending on yourself, your family, your entertainment etc. Nursery Level: This is when 50% of your income has a capacity to attend to your feeding. Elementary level: 50% of your income has a capacity to handle both your feeding and clothing. Secondary level: 50% takes care of all your basic needs; food, clothing and shelter. Fourth thing God wants us to do with money is to SCATTER IT. This is a charity, bountiful sowing. This is what can make you move into a tartiary level. Changing levels of spending defines how much you have propspered which our fathers will. Seeds have a reproductive potential and can be in any of these forms 1. financial 2. Prayer 3. Service 4. Skill 5. Counsel 6. Encouragement 7. Shelter 8. Peace making Sow when there is a clear cut instruction from God but when there is non, scatter your seed. ACTIONS I MUST TAKE IMMEDIATELY I must save 20% of my income, All my sowings must require a revelation from God. I must scatter seeds irrespective of how small it is.
