HOW TO TALK TO A WRITER (GRAFFITI WRITER) WITHOUT LOOKING LIKE A NOOB: WRITER = graffiti writer TAG = signature, writing your name with style. THROW UP = quick outline of name. PIECE = More Elaborate outline and fills/colors Letters. MASTER PIECE = the whole shabang, piece, colors, characters, backgrounds, ect. - ARE YOU A GRAFFITI ARTIST? I have a Bag full of Spray Paint, a Blackbook on my lap, and markers in my hand, and I am in the process of doing a Piece!!! WTFUThink!!! also we prefer the title WRITERS as we write words!!! Please use common sense when asking any professional artist stupid questions. - I USED TO DRAW WHEN I WAS YOUNG =/ First off, we WRITE, Second, that is like someone saying I used to Breakdance when I was a kid, and then I grew up =/ Just plain disrespectful to a professional Writer who makes crazy Bank off his work, and takes his or her craft serious. - I LIKE THE COLORS =/ Remember WE ARE WRITERS, We work hard on LETER STYLES. So be careful, because to a Real Graff Writer that translates to your letters suck! Always look at the actual Piece, the Letter styles, and proportions, and hook ups. And comment on the Letters/Name first. - CAN YOU DRAW ME? =/ If you ask this question to a real writer, your gonna get a stick figure drawing with all kinds of obscene objects in and around your character. =) What you really want to ask a Writer is can you write my name? And as an added bonus (if your nice) He or She might also rock a quick MUG (character) for you as well. - CAN YOU DESIGN MY LOGO? =0 =/ Oh yeah I get it, Like I already have a marker in my hand, and I write on walls for free, so, sure I will just rock a phat Logo for you for Free, because you asked....=/ lol...... as the wise tattoo artist writes on the palms of every hustler on the planet Fuk You Pay Me! quote end quote... Time is money people, and Artists need to pay Bill too. Please always offer some form of Payment. - I LOVE THE DRAGONS and the CASTLE in the background =/ That is like telling a BBOY, I Love the choreography going on behind your SPOTLIGHT SOLO ....=/ pssst.. The actual PIECE/MASTER PIECE is HUGE right smack in the MIDDLE, with Bookend Characters, and the backdrop takes up only 10 percent of the wall!! HOW THE F&CK YOU GONNA LOOK PAST THE PIECE WITH HIS NAME!!! Always study the work, and overall canvas/wall.space, and comment first on Letter Styles and how the Piece is fused on the backdrop. -
