HOW TRUE IS THIS? Husbands: No two women can share the same kitchen & the same space for a long time without conflict. For this reason a man shall leave his father & his mother, & be joined to his wife; & they shall become one flesh. Genesis 2:24. Leaving parents is not optional; it is a command from God. Every woman desires to have her own independent territory, home or place she can call her own. As far as it is possible, leave & establish your own separate home with your wife. Regardless of how close you are to your parents & family, do not disregard Gods command to leave. Gods ideal plan is for families to visit each other. But in temporary circumstances where family members have to stay with you, dont let them challenge your wifes decisions & authority in her home. Obey God, honour your wife & protect your marriage.
