HOW YOU CAN VOLUNTEER WITH PANDAWAS ACADEMY TODAY ! VOLUNTEER ROLE : 5 STEPS GUIDELINE 1. WELCOME , INTRO & URSHERING new participant at door entry - 3 volunteers needed . ( assist with orientation on Pandawas & help out with other roles that need supporting ) 2. REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION at the booth - 3 volunteers ( Assist with name labels, childrens file placement, stationary and coordination) 3.ASSISTING WITH CHILDRENS ORGANIZATION- - 2 volunteers ( tables arrangement, childrens coordination and allocation of kids tutor, cleanliness ) 4.ASSISTING the FOOD CORNER - 3 volunteers ( set up of tables at the corner, place table cloth, arrangement of food brought and distribution flow & cleanliness. Readiness should be 30 mins prior to event completion at 2 pm. 5. CARPOOLING - Assistance needed to fetch/ send participant to & from AMPANG STATION LRT ( Ampang LINE ) 5 mins, closes to the school, or any other public stations your`re close by. KINDLY LEAVE YOUR NAMES & CONTACT on the WHITE BOARD if possible so that we can allocate those who needs a lift.
