HR Director - TOP POSITION We are looking for a HR Manager for a Premium Cruise company starting in ASAP. Candidates should Worked in as HR Manager MUST be used to to delivering training to all levels: Induction Training Prevention of harassment and ethics based training Customer Service Training Management Training Well organized with strong admin skills – they are a stand-alone role, however will work closely with All dept for other crew matters. Must be a strong administrator beyond just responding to emails etc. need to stress that this role is admin intensive and has no admin support as such. Team player with open and approachable demeanor Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment Excellent communication skills.
