HR Executive (Diploma / 2yrs exp / C&B) Responsibilities: Manage full spectrum of Human Resource management functions, excluding payroll Liaise with HODs on hiring needs, screening for candidates & arranging interviews Staff recruitment and administration for new hire, confirmation & promotion Handle all clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records Employees welfare – compensation, benefits packages & recreation activities Deal with employee grievances and recommendation of disciplinary action to the management Training and Development – Training administration and conduct staff orientation Performance management Involve in administrating and analysing compensation & benefits, job evaluation, employee relations and staff welfare. Prepare manpower reports and surveys Other ad hoc HR functions Requirements: Minimum Diploma / Degree in HRM / HRD / Business Administration At least 2 years of Full Spectrum of HR functions Must have experience in Compensation & Benefits, PMS, Mercer data Knowledge of Telent2 Paysonnel Online system will be an added advantage Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented Good communication and interpersonal skills.
