HR Executive (Generalist,S$2900-3200,5days,Tuas) Company Introduction: Company is in Oil & Gas sector and is a subsidiary of a oil and gas fabrication company Work week: 5 days Type: Permanent HR Generalist role except payroll processing function Job Scope: • Manage new-hire onboarding and exit clearance process • Facilitate recruitment activity which involve job description & advertisement, shortlist and arrangement of interview, liaise with agency etc • Oversee the Learning & Development Function which involve course registration, grant application and the maintenance of training records etc • Involve in staff welfare management which includes the planning & execution of company’s event and function, arrangement of transportation for employee • Monitor and submit NS make-up pay claims, government paid maternity leave claims and government childcare leave claims, waiver of foreign worker’s levy • Involve in application, renewal and cancellation of S Pass & Employment Pass pertaining to foreign worker • Provide operational HR support and services for line management Requirements: •Applicants preferably staying in west area of Singapore •Applicants should ideally have a Degree qualification and must have 3-6 years of prior HR experience as a Generalist •S$ 2900 - 3200 per month •Work Area: Tuas Ave We thank you for your interest in this position, applicants with relevant experience please send Microsoft word resume with expected salary to [email protected] for faster processing, alternatively, please visit machspeed.sg/availablejobs/ for more jobs available, thank you.
