HR Executive” is required for “CADINI Diamond” company located in Nasr City with Attractive Package cadinidiamondegypt Page facebook & youtube: “cadini diamond Egypt Job Responsibilities: - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements & job descriptions for all positions. - Develops/Updates the Organization chart. - Responsible for Recruitment procedures: (e.g. vacant position ads, screening, HR interview, test & select candidates to fill vacant positions) - Conducts new employees’ orientation program & explain to the new employees their responsibilities to foster positive attitude towards Company goals - Handles personnel administrative tasks (e.g. Social Insurance, Labor office, etc.) & Creates new employee personal data file - Builds & maintains personnel records - Updating employees’ files concerning their papers, insurance, job description & evaluation performance etc. - Ensures applying the attendance policy to provide the monthly attendance report for the payroll, including leaves, overtime & update the employees’ leaves balance. - Implements & Develops Human Resources policies & Procedures. - Responsible for handling the benefits (e.g. Medical Insurance, Mobile Allowance, etc.) - Resignation process conduct exit meeting & discuss reasons for resignation - Conduct HR surveys at regular preset intervals, or as per occasions (e.g.: exit survey, employees’ satisfaction survey, etc.) - Responsible for training procedures (e.g. collect training needs, prepare training plans & schedule Internal/External training programs). - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, & recommending human resource policies, procedures & documentation. - Implements & develops the Performance Management System. - Ensures planning, monitoring, & appraisal of employee work results by scheduling management meetings with employees; hearing & resolving employee grievances; counseling employees & supervisors. - Promote company culture, and handles employees claims/suggestions - Promote a friendly and productive work environment - Handle any other related task as required by immediate supervisor Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field - HR Diploma is a plus - Min. 5 years of experience - Very good command of English, - Good command of MS Office programs, - Good planner & organizer - Successful in personal relations, good team player & result oriented, - Strong communication skills, analytical thinking & problem solving skills.
