HR Generalist/Practitioner – Southern Suburbs Cape Town Report to HR Client Services Manager REQUIREMENTS • A minimum of a three-year diploma (NQF6) in HR or related field • At least five years’ HR experience – with a minimum of two years’ solid experience in a generalist capacity • Proven PC literacy (MS Office) and exposure to HR information systems • Good working and theoretical knowledge of current legislation and HR policies • Ability to work under pressure, show initiative and multitask • Software: SAP HR RESPONSIBILITIES • Including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, remuneration and benefits, induction, development and training, staff wellness, organizational design and academic probation – to ensure consistency with relevant legislation and UCT HR policy and procedure • Undertaking specific projects, in consultation with line management, to facilitate HR activities and enhance client service • Providing timeous and relevant HR management information KINDLY FORWARD YOUR CV, ID, QUALIFICATIONS AND GET THE OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME !!!!
