HR Manager (Based in KL) • Responsible for helping to drive and deliver our talent agenda to support expansion • Providing advice and support on Employee Relations issues and also for developing talent, capability and succession within their customer group. • Develop, implement and champion HR processes and procedures, strategic planning, development and employee engagement. • Analyse figures such as turnover and drive initiatives to influence results is essential.
