HR Tip #2. Employees really do kill me when they are begging HR to forgive them and give them another chance when they KNOW they wrong. And I really do try to help the employee. But tell me, how am I suppose to save your job when you roll into a 2.1 Billion dollar construction site with a 32 oz bottle of Miller High Life and then the first words out of your mouth when HR ask what is this, you answer, "Sir this is the Champagne of Bottled Beer". Good Lawd, Think about it and be blessed.
