HR and Admin Officer Doha, Qatar Key Accountabilities Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements Prepare monthly retirement sheet according to Qatar law Monitor daily attendance and coordinate with Head of HR Admin for necessary action Coordinate with immigration for travel requirements of employees / visitors / consultants as necessary Administer personnel benefits and schemes such as leaves, travel benefits, medical benefits, insurance, education allowance, etc. Assist in the entire HR process from sourcing to separation / retirement Assist in other work as directed by the Head of HR Admin Qualifications / Requirements Diploma or higher Fluent in English and Arabic Ability to execute plans effectively as directed Ability to learn new tasks quickly Team player Planning and organisational skills Ability to work to deadlines and to set targets Client offers competitive tax free package.
