HSN has the worst customer service ever!!!!! This was my 1st time ever dealing with HSN & after this horrible service it is now my last!!!!!!!!! HSN IS NOT A COMPANY I WILL EVER DEAL WITH EVER AGAIN & I WANT ALL OF MY FB FAM 2 NEVER USE THEM ALSO & I WANT MY FB FAM 2PASS THE WORD ABOUT THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was making a purchas for my daughter & was thinking that my order was being processed for shipping & then was under the impression after i called them that it would be shipped & come to find out they never processed my order thus meaning it never shipped yet they got my money!!!!!!! now i have to wait for my money to come back to my account so that i can go to a store & purchas the item myself & ship it myself (which is what i should have done in the 1st place!!!!!) never again will i do this!
