We are looking for a unique individual that has a dynamic phone presence, excellent problem solving and customer service skills, with a thorough knowledge of computer software including Word and Excel to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Essential functions of the position includes: • Interview customers by phone to obtain all necessary information to provide best service. • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and sell other services. • Handle customer issues and make adjustments concerning billing or service. • Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity. • Maintain accurate time tracking on all service technicians and plumbers. We are looking for one full-time person and one part-time weekend person to join our amazing staff. Starting wage is $10-$13/hour depending on experience.
