Snacks……HEALTHY SNACKS (nuts, trail mix, fruit etc) between major meals with keep your metabolism active, thus burning fat. 3. SODA IS THE DEVIL The irony is if you DON’T eat, your body will store fat and your likely to GAIN weight. Yall have a gyrating day.
