HUGE legal smack down to the IRS and Obamacare in the D.C. Court of Appeals this morning! This is the case Ive been writing about for years. The premise began with Oklahoma A.G. Oklahoma Attorney General E. Scott Pruitts case back in 2011. Then came Halbig v. Burwell. Both cases pertained to the ILLEGAL action taken by the IRS granting themselves powers they were NOT granted in the original Obamacare law. Now its headed to the SCOTUS but if we prevail at that level 57 MILLION employees and 8 million individuals in 36 states will be FREED from Obamacares individual mandate. It will be the beginning of the end of Obamacare.
