HUGE prayer answered! Was called by an old friend and physician last sunday asked to give a consult on his new paperless clinic. I happily obliged stating he had done so much for our family long ago that I would come after church service to see what I could do. Once there, I find out I was essentially head hunted due to my outstanding reputation with addictions and methadone along with paperless clinics and had been searched for for about a week. Was offered a position of methadone manager which essentially means taking on new clients, counseling, dispensing, screening as well as opening new addictions clinics throughout Saskatchewan to help with the daunting amount of people waiting for help. Everything that I have learned to love and enjoy doing and with an incredible wage and benefits that will help my family! Unfortunately, this meant I had to then inform another doctor whom I had accepted a position that I could no longer join his new practice, with regret of course:-( Im so eager to start mid September and cant wait to start doing my calling!
