HUGE thank you from Ruben and the Steenkamp family! Ruben is home and has now got full use of his arm back. Looks like the injury is only muscular which is still extremely painful and uncomfortable but a relief for it could have been worse. His head is also still very sore. He has already told his mum hell be fine for training on Tuesday (I dont like his chances of dealing with/ convincing me, his parents or his coach!) Thanks again - all the positives messages and prayers worked :)
