HUMAN RIGHTS are not some silly fancy idea, but are a set of 30 - TopicsExpress

HUMAN RIGHTS are not some silly fancy idea, but are a set of 30 LAWS which are respected internationally by many countries. HUMAN RIGHTS include laws/rights which forbid DISCRIMINATION. For example, a racist French or German person who vandalises the home or car of someone who is not German or French is actually breaking the law. Committing DISCRIMINATION is not a civil offence. It is a CRIMINAL offence, and the burden of PROOF is NOT on the shoulders of the victim. In cases of DISCRIMINATION, a victim merely files a letter with the police and can enact criminal charges to be pressed. Every person, police officer, mayor, magistrate, judge, solicitor, bank, jury or whoever stands in the way or tries to block the process of law in managing justice in a case of Discrimination is liable under the charter of Human Rights for also committing discrimination... Its a shame so many people do not understand that HUMAN RIGHTS are laws/rights which carry criminal penalties in many countries. On 10 December 1948, the Declaration of HUMAN RIGHTS was adopted by the General Assembly of the UNITED NATIONS by a vote of 48 countries in favor, none against, and eight abstentions. If you think PUTIN and the Kremil are the good guys then think again... The countries which abstained from signing the HUMAN RIGHTS declaration were led by the Kremlin; abstainers include the Soviet Union, Ukrainian SSR, Byelorussian SSR, Peoples Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Peoples Republic of Poland, Union of South Africa, Czechoslovakia, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. South Africas race-hate model of government (based on a British-Netherland Master Race white supremist position) saw them abstain because they wanted to continue apartheid. The Saudi Arabian delegations abstention was prompted primarily by two of the Declarations articles: Article 18, which states that everyone has the right to change his religion or belief; and Article 16, on equal marriage rights. The Kremlin objected to Article 13, which provided the right of citizens to leave their countries. Therefore, as you can see if you watch the video of the young Ukranian girl pleading for international support for the freedom of her fellow citizens, the CLOSED BORDER policy stage-managed by the Kremlin is in violation of the HUMAN RIGHTS laws. It is facinating to see that SPAIN was not an original signer of the declaration of Human Rights because it is in Spain that the Romanov-Bagration royal families lived, and whilst enjoying the Spanish sunshine, they controlled the evil spectre of COMMUNISM from Marbella. The following countries voted in favor of the Declaration (many of these countries are often cited by Mr Barack OBomber as being guilty of human rights violations - though the fact of the matter is that Britain and the USA have TORTURE CAMPS in many other nations around the world - such as in Cuba): Afghanistan Argentina Australia Belgium Bolivia Brazil Burma Canada Chile Republic of China Colombia Costa Rica Cuba Denmark Dominican Republic Ecuador Egypt El Salvador Ethiopia France Greece Guatemala Haiti Iceland India Iran Iraq Lebanon Liberia Luxembourg Mexico Netherlands New Zealand Nicaragua Norway Pakistan Panama Paraguay Peru Philippines Siam Sweden Syria Turkey United Kingdom United States Uruguay Venezuela Chile, Turkey and China are well known to have abused the HUMAN RIGHTS charter on many thousands of occasions. Of course, CATALONIA, and also TIBET are un-recognised by the United Nations and most certainly would be signers of the declaration if they were allowed a seat in the General Assembly. The new UKRANIAN People Power parliament must sign the HUMAN RIGHTS declaration in a PUBLICLY BROADCAST SPECTACLE and allow their reiteration of and respect for HUMAN RIGHTS to be televised. - Chris Everard
